Wu Hefen is the headmaster of the China Welfare Institute Kindergarten.
　　She was born in July , 1954. Higher level teacher of high school, bachelor degree .
　　She has been the headmaster of ‘the International Relation College of China Liberation Army; the assistant headmaster of ‘theChina Welfare Institute Nursery’, the assistant headmaster of ‘Song Qinling kindergarten of Hua Shan section’.
　　She thinks that a main line for leading is to increase the quantity of caring and teaching and to improve the educational researches. She pays more attention on teachers’ teaching skill, guides teachers to involve in their educational activities. For these years, she has been attended many researches: In 1998, she attended the research on ‘kindergarten teachers' visualize designing’ which was the ‘95’ programming item, she also managed to lead whole teachers to complete the research on ‘existence course of kindergerten( practice part)’ in 2000, and acquired the second prize as a result of the seventh educational research in Shanghai . On the other hands, she leads the teachers to edit and publish the kindergarten’s own magazine “Sound of the China welfare Institute Kindergarten”. She herself announced many articles in various magazines and edited some educational books. She has visited many countries and wrote many articles for her seeing aboard ,for example: ‘Persevering pursue’, ‘Listen to the children's true feelings’, ‘Satisfy the child's wishes’, ‘The warm house of children’ and ‘The child education school of the many cultures background’which have been respectively announced in the <Department life> , < Infant education> , < Fukien infant education>. In 2002, as a chief editor, she published the book “:ook around the world” which collected from many teachers’ visiting articles.
　　As a manager, her principle of management is ‘human being is the base’. She pays attention on the existing and development of teachers and workers, especially concerns on helping young teachers, adopts the methods of inviting experts to guide teachers, let teachers to go out to study, and ask the older to help the news. She emphasizes that the colleagues should respect, cooperate, appreciate with each other. Under her leading, the China Welfare Institute Kindergarten has become an incorporation, struggle collective, it has won the honor of ‘Shanghai Civilization Unit’for many times and passed the ISO9001 in 2001.
　　For these years, Wu Hefen has awarded the title of ‘outstanding teacher’,
　　‘ outstanding educator’, ‘outstanding headmaster’etc.
　　Wu said, ‘the most important items for my work is ‘Love career passionately, love kindergarten passionately, love children passionately and love colleagues passionately’ . Because the colleagues are my partners, the children are my angels. Thus, we had better to have the good team spirit to educate the alacrity, healthy, positive and upward children!’
